world’s largest companies and governments. He is a member of the
Consortium for Service Innovation and the Help Desk Institute
Faculty. He is a recognized thought leader in the Learning, Support
and Communications arena. He has held senior leadership positions
for Sykes Enterprises, KPMG and IBM. He is a highly sought speaker,
instructor and consultant for the senior level organization. Keith
brings a unique leadership and entrepreneurial foresight that has
led to PCHowTo’s ability to create and envision the “future” for
multi-media, knowledge capture and delivery.
Fred Doyle,
Founder
Fred has over 25
years experience in the technology industry. He has held
positions at IBM with management responsibility covering all aspects
of sales and support, for a large range of products. At KPMG
he led consulting teams in Fortune 50 companies to complete
IT Efficiency studies and operational improvement plans. Fred has
been involved in the Knowledge Management area for almost 10 years,
with experience in all the key processes of capture, build, process,
and delivery. He is the founder of PCHowTo company that
currently offers a wide variety of Knowledge management services and
products.
Sonny Parker,
Director of Global Channels and Alliances
Sonny Parker has spent over
twenty years in the technology industry, in sales and channel
management. Providing leadership for companies like Western
Digital, 3Com, and Avaya, he has a proven record of developing
channel partners. By extending the capabilities of dealer
sales, technical, marketing, and support teams greatly enhances the
partners’ abilities to deliver solutions. He holds a number of
industry certifications, and is a graduate of Clemson University.
